Rule 44
Complaint application process
: (1) If the cooperative organization is unable to recover the amount owed by it, it should file a complaint with the Debt Recovery Tribunal to get recovery. However, before filing a complaint in this way, the complainant cooperative organization must have made sufficient efforts and actions to recover the debt.
(2) When making an application according to sub-rule (1), the concerned cooperative organization shall submit to the Debt Recovery Tribunal in advance the amount equal to zero point two five percent of the amount claimed for the debt recovery fee.
(3) The application according to sub-rule (1) should be given within four years after one year of exceeding the loan amount. But more than five years before the commencement of this regulation: In the case of loans that have exceeded the term, an application can be made within two years from the date of commencement of this regulation.
